Definition:For purposes of this application, "professionals” are defined as owners, partners, stockholders, members, officers, directors, employees, real estate brokers/agents/salespersons, agents, independent contractors, appraisers, property managers, consultants or auctioneers, and/or any person or entity that may qualify as an insured under the insurance for which you're applying.
